Same-day emergency response during business hours when scheduling allows. We are not a 24/7 operation. If you have an after-hours emergency, shut off your main water valve and call us first thing the next morning.

What to Expect on the First Call
When you call, we’ll ask three things: where you are, what’s going on, and how soon you need someone out. We’ll give you an honest read on availability for that day or the next, schedule the visit, and confirm the address. If it’s an emergency call (active leak, sewer backup, no hot water in the middle of winter), we’ll move you up the schedule when we can.
Once we’re on site, we inspect the problem, explain what we’re seeing, and provide a written quote before doing the work. You decide whether to move forward. If you decide not to, you only pay for the service call. No pressure, no upsell, no “limited-time” pricing on the way out the door.
